Early World of Reading

  Early World of Reading

Reading is undoubtedly the single most important skill for your child to master, mainly because it is the key to all the other subjects your child will learn. It is also the key to worlds of pleasure and information via books, magazines, and newspapers.

Jim and Alena have produced an incredible website that makes it easy to teach your Little One the joy of reading. You’ll find that they are very, very patient, and that’s one reason they are very, very effective. If you want to sample their offering, simply access the link to their program:

Having said that, let me say this: experts state children should be read to at least once every day; they say, the sessions should span at least fifteen minutes. I agree, I think that’s important; however, I think it is more important that a parent commune (to be in a state of intimate, heightened sensitivity and receptivity) during that span of time as a minimum. That span of time can be reading, listening, playing games, sharing a snack, etc. In other words, be a mini lightening rod for your child. The reason reading is so important is that your child can do it alone (when you are not available) and reap the benefits involving anything they desire.

Isn’t that exciting! You’d better believe it is!

    • Hi Casino,

Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate every syllable. The theme is from Word Press from when I started the site back in 2011. The goal of this site is to be a catalyst in changing society. Back in 2010, I determined that our society had been deteriorating for quite some time, so much so that it was too late to reverse it immediately: the optimal recourse was to start over. Infants are like preformatted CD’s: like everything else, 20% of the new born is beyond a parent’s ability to change; however, the rest is open to be influenced to an incredible degree. I figured if I could set a foundation where a child believes that a) life is a barrel of fun, b) the optimum is to implant the items of discipline, love, and passion, and define what those mean, c) keep a plan simple and encourage the parent to personalize the theme. I figured if I could accomplish that, I would be home free in accomplishing my goal. I believe our Creator held my hand every step of the way, I’m pleased with the results. Sorry to be so wordy, it’s just that I am impressed with you demeanor openness. Thanks again for your kind words, please pass the word of this site to all your friends, relatives, and acquaintances.

      Best regards,
      Henry W.

Keep in mind, I’m a writer, not a technician; however, I’d just like to pass along what I have been told. It’s my understanding that every website has three major compatibility issues: Operating system, Browser, and Website. The user like you and me can usually correct image problems or speed by simply changing his/her browser. They say there are five major browsers: IE, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, for the users monitor to display a good image all three must be in sync. If one doesn’t work, try another (they’re all free), just download those little devils and away you go. Don’t hold my feet to the fire, my friend, I’ve already told you, “I’m not a technician.” I hope the foregoing works for you. Thanks again for your “heads up.”

    • Hi Ladonna,

Thanks for accessing, I appreciate it. I’m a parent and writer: not a technician. Having said that, let me tell you what I know about “plugins” (not much, so listen up). You can access the official Word Press Plugin Directory at, http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins, whatever plugin you’re looking for should be in the directory. If it exists, but you don’t find it there, maybe the Word Press version you are using is not up to date: no problem, just click the “Upgrade Automatically” link and Word Press will grab the new files off the WordPress.org server, upload them to your plugins directory, delete the old plugin, and activate the new one. That’s all I know about plugins, now you can return to the barrel of fun with your Little One!
